Our collection features both classical and contemporary designs, with bright and contrasting hues, with stretch and without stretch. Additionally, we provide yarn dyed overprints and yarn dyed fabrics with lamination.
Our yarn dyed fabrics are available in a wide range of yarn counts (10 - 120/2 Ne) and are made from 100% or blended materials, including Polyester, Recycled PET, Giga Dull Polyester, Organic Cotton, Pima & Supima Cotton, Rayon, Lycra, Viscose/Tencel, CEO Alpha, and various types of elastane and non-elastane filament yarns.
The yarn package is soft-wound using an advanced
precision winding machine. Dyeing is performed in low
liquid ratio dyeing machines, utilizing excellent
colourfastness Vat, Reactive, and Disperse dyes.
The fabric is then finished using various techniques
such as Mercerization, Fluorine-Free (C0) Water Repellency,
Soil Release, UV Protection, Quick-dry Treatment,
Wet Sueding, Lafer Finishing, and more.

Rotary print mechanism - Print paste is continuously fed into the interior of the engraved design screen. As the screen rotates, the squeeze device pushes the print paste through the design area of screen and then colour onto the fabric.
